On the pitching side, there are plenty of good options, including a bunch of starters currently on hot streaks (Jose Quintana, Eduardo Rodriguez, Jason Hammel, Danny Duffy, Justin Verlander, Ervin Santana, Jameson Taillon). It shouldn’t be hard to find a good pitcher, regardless of your budget.
